Children under 12 staying with 2 adults will be charged at £10 per night with cereal and toast for breakfast,
Rooms will be available from 2:00pm on arrival.
You will be asked to vacate your room by 10:00am on day of departure.
A deposit will be payable on booking with the balance to be paid on arrival.

*** Important Booking Conditions (please read):
Accommodation provisionally booked shall be held for a maximum of five working days, please confirm your booking within that time along with a £20 deposit per person (non-refundable).
Un-confirmed bookings are assumed to have been cancelled and rooms will therefore be re-booked.
Rooms held on 'short notice' shall have terms agreed at the time of arrangement and holding of rooms shall be based upon proposed arrival time.
